Ingredients

  • 9 oz dry spaghetti (250 g)
  • 2 pork sausages
  • 1 medium shallot chopped
  • a handful fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Place a large pan of salted water over high heat until boiling and then add the pasta.

  2. Cook until the pasta is tender and drain. In the meantime take the sausages out of their casings. Heat a drop of olive oil in a large non-stick pan and place it over medium-high heat. Then add the crumbled sausage meat.

  3. Cook the mince quickly for a couple of minutes until it starts to look brown. Break up any lumps. Chop the fresh dill finely.

  4. Add the chopped shallot and the soy sauce to the cooked mince.

  5. Turn the heat low and stir well. Then add the freshly chopped dill.

  6. Stir well again. Check the seasoning and add some pepper and salt to taste if necessary. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir well. Divide it over plates and serve hot.
