This fresh dill spaghetti for instance is such a no-brainer. And it makes me wonder why I haven’t come up with the idea earlier on.
Fresh Dill
Do you lie fresh dill?
That very day I walked past a grocery store in town selling these amazing bunches of fresh dill for a buck. Because I hadn’t quite a dinner idea in mind I took a bundle home and assured myself I would certainly come up with something.
Easy Dill Spaghetti with Pork Crumble
I have been cooking quite a lot of Thai dishes lately for my newest project.
But the day that I bought the fresh dill I had this sudden craving for pasta.
So let’s do that for dinner!
And I am also sure that my hubby won’t regret that either… I transformed the pork sausages (I intended to make Thai meatballs with them) into a hearty crumble and just added the fresh dill in the end. No tomato pasta sauce in sight whatsoever!
Well here you go: a delicious spaghetti, and it is ready in less than half an hour! How about that!

Easy Pork & Dill Spaghetti Recipe

- 2 pork sausages
- 1 medium shallot chopped
- a handful fresh dill
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt
-
Place a large pan of salted water over high heat until boiling and then add the pasta.

Cook until the pasta is tender and drain. In the meantime take the sausages out of their casings. Heat a drop of olive oil in a large non-stick pan and place it over medium-high heat. Then add the crumbled sausage meat.

Cook the mince quickly for a couple of minutes until it starts to look brown. Break up any lumps. Chop the fresh dill finely.
-
Add the chopped shallot and the soy sauce to the cooked mince.
-
Turn the heat low and stir well. Then add the freshly chopped dill.
-
Stir well again. Check the seasoning and add some pepper and salt to taste if necessary. Toss in the cooked pasta and stir well. Divide it over plates and serve hot.
