Cut off the woody ends off of the green asparagus. Place them on parchment paper. You can make 2 individual parcels if you like. Top with some slices of lemon, some fresh parsley, the capers and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt.
