Trim the woody ends off of the asparagus and discard those. Place them on parchment or baking paper. You can make 2 individual parcels if you like. Top with some slices of lemon, some fresh parsley, the capers and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with a pinch of pepper and salt.
Fold the paper and make a parcel. Place it in the large steamer basket of the KitchenAid Cook Processor.
