The perfect roasted garlic recipe... I'm making a buttery garlic spaghetti for dinner tonight!
Remove the layers on the outside of the garlic bulbs. Make sure the cloves still stick together.
Then carefully turn the bulbs on their side and slice the top off. Don't slice it in half. The cloves should stay together.
Wrap each bulb in tinfoil. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with pepper and salt. Close the parcels and roast them in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45 to 50 minutes until soft and golden.
Cook the spaghetti until tender and drain it.
Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir well.
