  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2,5 oz palm sugar (70 g), or brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp hot chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Pour the vegetable oil in a small saucepan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Place this over medium-high heat.
