Ingredients
20mediumraw shrimpunpeeled

1cob of corn
1smoked sausage
3cupswater(720 ml)
2cupspilsner beer(480 ml)
Old Bay seasoning
1largegarlic clove
olive oil

Instructions
Pour the water and the beer in a large pan and then add the garlic clove, the potatoes, a good dash of pepper and 2 tablespoons of the Old Bay seasoning.
Bring the water to a very good boil. Slice the sausage into bite-size bits and add it to the boiling water.
Cook the potatoes and sausage for 6 minutes. Then chop the corn in smaller bits and add it to the hot water.
Cook the corn for 4 minutes. Then add the shrimp to the hot water.
Let the shrimp cook for about 4 minutes until they turn pink. Then drain all the cooked ingredients and pour them into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with some olive oil, extra Old Bay seasoning, pepper and salt to taste.
