  • 2 tsp pink peppercorns
  • olive oil
  • white wine vinegar
  • pepper

  1. Wash the fennel bulb thoroughly and pat it dry with some kitchen paper. Then finely slice or shave the fennel using a very sharp knife or a mandolin slicer.
