Ingredients

  • 9 oz cooked quinoa (250 g)
  • 1 ½ oz plain flour (45 g)
  • ½ small onion chopped
  • ½ cup cheese (50 g), grated
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • a handful fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 egg
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

  1. 1) Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and season generously with pepper and salt.

  2. 2) Mix the quinoa batter well. Then make 6 to 8 even portions of the batter.

  3. 3) Roll them into balls and press them gently until flattened a little.

  4. 4) Then pan fry or grill the quinoa fritters in a little olive oil on both sides until golden.

  5. 5) Serve hot.
