Ingredients

  • 12,5 oz fresh chicken breast (350 g), diced
  • 1 ½ cup chicken stock (360 ml)
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 5,5 oz frozen peas and carrots (155 g)
  • 1 ⅓ oz Golden Curry cubes (40 g)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pour the vegetable oil in the bowl of the Cook Processor fitted with the StirAssist and add the onion and diced chicken breast.
  2. Close the lid and select STEW P11. Press Start to activate Step 1. After that, pour in the chicken stock and add the Golden Curry cubes to the bowl.
  3. Press Start to activate Step 2. In the end press Cancel to exit the keep warm mode. Then pour in the frozen carrots and peas.
  4. Close the bowl and press Quick Stir for 10 seconds. Let the frozen carrots and peas warm through in the hot curry for 5 minutes. Then scoop the chicken curry onto plates and serve with cooked rice.
