Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen blueberries (170 g)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt in the freezer for 10 minutes. It should be ice cold for the best result. In the meantime pour the frozen blueberries in a blender. Let them sit and thaw there also for about 10 minutes. You can keep some berries aside for garnish if you like!

  4. Blend again. Check the taste and add extra lemon juice or honey to taste if necessary. It should be thick and creamy but not runny. You can always place it back in the freezer for a couple of minutes if you're not happy with the consistency.
