Let's make this dougnnut dough from scratch first!
Add a few tablespoons of the warm milk to a small cup and stir in the yeast.
Then add the flour, sugar and beaten egg to a blender. Season with salt.
Blend a few times and then add the buttery milk.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Knead it for 2 minutes. Make a dough ball and put it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover loosely with a kitchen towel. Let it rest in a warm place for about2 hours. The dough should be double in size.
