Ingredients
- 3-4 ripe mangoes
- 2 cups (500 g) natural yogurt
- ground cardamon to taste
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 juiced limes to taste
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Place all ingredients, save lime juice, in a food processor set to pulse. Blend until smooth. Add lime juice and salt, then blend until smooth again. Pour into glasses with ice cubes and serve. One of my favorite mango desserts!
2. Mango and Chocolate Fool
Ever heard of “fool” in desserts? Me neither! It s likely comes from the French word “fouler,” which means to crush or press something.
This dessert is for one serving, so you won’t waste anything if you decide to treat yourself after a hard day at work. Simply size it up for however many guests you have coming, and you’ll be ready to go.
Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 small ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 5,5 oz (15 g) low-fat pineapple, vanilla, or peach yogurt
- chocolate to taste
Instructions
Lightly mash it with a fork. Add it to a bowl and mix with the yogurt. Shave or grate the chocolate over the mixture. While dark chocolate is preferred, milk chocolate will work as well.
3. Easy Mango Pudding
This melt-in-your-mouth pudding is a fantastic option after a rich curry, and it takes far less time than one would expect. Instead of cooking like one would with a typical pudding, everything can be completed in the food processor.

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango
- 6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp thick cream
- 3 passionfruits (optional)
Instructions
Peel and dice the mango, then place it in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and thick cream, then blend again. Pour the mixture into bowls and add half a passionfruit to each, if desired.
4. Raspberry and Mango Salad
This tropical salad is unlikely anything you’ve ever tasted! Once you’ve given it a go, you’ll wonder why every salad can’t be this sweet and delicious.

- 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 large ripe mango
- 1 container raspberries
- vanilla ice cream (or yogurt to serve)
Instructions
Heat the cranberry juice and sugar in a small pan. Then let it cool down fully. Peel the mangoes and slice them into thin slivers. Mix with the raspberries in a bowl. Pour the cranberry juice on top before transferring them to serving bowls. Serve with ice cream (or yogurt).
5. Mango Ice
A plentiful supply of mangoes at home? Then you certainly have a few overripe fruits that you don’t want to go to waste. This tropical mango ice packs a punch thanks to the tart lychee and apple juice. An unforgettable taste that you will crave all summer long.

Ingredients
- 2 large overripe mangoes
- 2 cups (480 ml) canned lychee with juice
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) apple juice
Instructions
Peel the mango and place it in a food processor with the lychee and apple juice. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture onto a shallow tray and freeze overnight. Shave with an ice cream scoop or chunk with a fork.
6. Mango Sorbet
Our last mango desserts! Why do people love sorbet so much? That is thanks to its smooth consistency and addictive fruity flavor. Plus sorbet is also low fat. And perfect for vegans or lactose-intolerant people. Simple and unforgettable.

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 7 oz (200 g) sugar
- 1 juiced lime
- 1 cup (240ml) water
Instructions
Place the chopped mango in a food processor (or blender) with sugar, lime, and water. Blend until the mango is very smooth. Put it in a bowl and freeze it for several hours.
Scrape back into the blender and blend again until slushy. Place back in the freezer. Repeat this step once more, then freeze until hard. This mixture will keep for three months in the freezer.
